• Participated in the valuation of many large-scale Hong Kong and US stock listings, reverse takeover (RTO), and also participated in the valuation of many mergers and acquisitions involving listed and private companies.

• With more than 3 years of experience in business valuation and consulting. Prior to that, worked as a client manager at a top commercial bank in North America.

• Proficient in building financial models to value businesses and financial assets. Served large state-owned enterprises and well-known multinational organizations.

• Served client from more than a dozen difference industries, including food manufacturing, cryptocurrency, real estate, medicine, new energy, finance, environmental protection, retail, logistics, and F&B.

• Participated in multiple M&A projects involving Hong Kong and US listed companies and well-known local private companies, proficient in writing industry research reports, building valuation models to provide a basis for transaction pricing, represented both buyers and sellers in acquisition negotiations.

• Has strong understanding of various valuation models and methods (income approach, market approach, binomial tree option pricing model, etc.), can skillfully provide a variety of valuation methods tailored to the project’s need, and showcasing client’s asset from multiple facets.
