Institute for Financing & Listing for Entrepreneurs (IFLE) is a professional organization dedicated to providing support, training, and development opportunities for entrepreneurs aspiring to go public. Guided by a commitment to excellence and innovation, we offer comprehensive support to help you realize your IPO dreams. Our core management team has assisted 35 companies in the past three years in listing on U.S. exchanges, including renowned enterprises from countries such as Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, and Japan.

Mission

By providing excellent education, mentorship, and high-end events, we aim to cultivate and connect entrepreneurs aspiring to list on overseas boards, helping them achieve company growth and successful IPOs.

These events will provide entrepreneurs with opportunities to connect with potential partners, share insights, and build long-term partnerships. We will also organize periodic visits, including tours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, visits to listed companies, and meetings with investment banks.
 

Entrepreneur Collaboration

We encourage interaction and collaboration among entrepreneurs to collectively enhance strength. Additionally, we have a dedicated Entrepreneur Roadshow segment, allowing members to pose questions about the path to IPO and receive more support and advice.
